Damon is a co-founder of Advantage Data and holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce (Hons) and a Degree in Economics (Hons). Damon has had more than 20 years experience working with data and has been involved in setting up several successful internet startups that have relied largely on big data analysis. He is currently the CEO and founder of Rate Detective one of Australia’s largest financial comparison sites. Damon has a passion for econometrics, data science and machine learning.

Damon is also an expert in blockchain technology and has been involved as an adviser in many startup ICOs that have data applications including Bankera. Of particular interest to Damon is data valuation methodologies using machine learning as well as traditional techniques.
